In this class I will be teaching you how to use your sewing machine to thread paint, as someone would use colored pencils to draw. You will learn different techniques to enhance art quilts, appliques, and blocks on a quilt using existing fabric. A kit will be provided. We will make a small wall quilt. Thread Painting

In this class I will be teaching you how to use your sewing machine to thread paint, as someone would use colored pencils to draw. You will learn different techniques to enhance art quilts, appliques and even blocks on a quilt using existing fabric.

Needle Felting

I will teach a method of dry needlefelting using barbed needles, a foam block and wool roving on a wool background. This is a very portable project, great for trips!
